Position Summary
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join the team at YogaSix Downers Grove! The Sales Associate is the first point of contact for members and prospective clients, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-studio experience while driving membership sales and supporting daily studio operations. This role blends sales, customer service, and administrative support in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.

- Conduct studio tours and present membership options to prospective clients
- Build relationships and follow up with leads to convert into members
- Meet and exceed individual and studio sales goals
- Promote retail, events, and special offers
Client Experience
- Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming presence
- Address client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and community-driven studio environment
Operations & Studio Support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, lobby, and equipment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support instructors and team members to ensure smooth class flow
Administrative Duties
- Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries promptly
- Process memberships, retail purchases, and transactions accurately
- Keep client profiles and notes up to date in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience (fitness or boutique retail preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with sales goals and performance metrics
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for health, wellness, or yoga is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Flexible Scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
